Dog friendly but not a great hotel

I brought my two dogs with on a short weekend vacation. Our room was on the first floor so it was very convenient to take them out to the bathroom. The hotel however, was not the best. The air conditioning barely worked, the room was hot and stuffy. The breakfast consisted of cereal and bagels, and there were homeless all around. The outside was very dirty and not any good spots to let the dog use the bathroom. I would not stay here again.
