Better than expected.

We booked a dog-friendly room at the Howard Johnson's in Mystic not expecting too much. The facilities and room were clean and for the most part, better than we expected. Our room faced the freeway (as I believe many of the dog-friendly rooms do) and it was a bit noisy at night, but we did have a nice grass area for our dog to walk on leash.
