My room didn't have CLEAN linens
La Quinta by Wyndham West Palm Beach AirportAt check in, I got charged a $75 deposit that wasn't disclosed prior to check in and only applied because I did not book directly with the hotel myself. The comforter in my room had stains, so I went to the front desk for a replacement. The replacement also had stains AND a hole. Upon my second trip to the front desk, the clerk decided to tell me that "I needed to thank him and drop the attitude" for the stained holey linens he had provided. Another trip to the front desk and 3 comforters later I had something that appeared clean. Half the tv stations did not work. No breakfast of any kind, not even bagged, due to covid19. No outdoor area to let the dogs run, just the grass at the edges of the parking lot. Oh and it's right next to 2 major streets. It would have been a 3 star stay but the poor customer service at the front desk, was inexcusable. Would not recommend
Simple but smelled
Americas Best Value Inn & Suites Clinton JacksonThis hotel has smoking rooms, so the whole hotel smells like a wet ashtray. The room left me questioning the cleaning standards. The 3 times I went to the front desk no one was ever there, you have to ring a video doorbell to get assistance. Simple enough for a single night with my dog but wouldn't return otherwise.
