Best stay we have ever had!
Holiday Inn Express Knoxville-Strawberry Plains an IHG HotelI don’t normally leave notes but I cannot not after our stay. We were greeted with smiles and love from the moment I walked in the door. We had a first floor room which was a request and I was so happy to have it fulfilled. The staff was the most friendly dog family I’ve ever been in contact with!!! We were never treated as an inconvenience which has happened at other places! This dog friendly staff should be commended! They tell stories about their favorite days of watching pups so the humans can have dinner and it’s their FAVORITE part of their job! I even sent an email to the corporate office over my fantastic stay. It’s was quiet never heard another dog. (I asked when I left. There were 25 in hotel that night). Super clean. Great eats around for dog friendly restaurants. I can’t say enough good things about our stay. Very roomy for hotel. I almost don’t want to leave this review so we don’t let this secret out!
