Room was comfortable
Ayres Hotel RedlandsDoggy enjoyed his stay and slept well which means we slept well.
Neighborhood is not the best but liked the fact we could park right by our room to keep an eye on the car.
Staff was unavailable
Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Beaumont Plaza (I-10 & Walden) an IHG HotelOur room was terribly cold (well below 55) and heat was not working. Called the main desk to get assistance, no answer. Called the operator, no answer. Went downstairs to find an employee, no one around except at the bar. The only saving grace was we were in a room with 2 queen beds so we could use the extra bedding to bundle up. My dog of course didn’t care it was cold, he probably loved it. We left at 3am since we couldn’t sleep well. One positive note - there are plenty of food delivery options with 3rd party apps.
Very nice hotel and staff
TownePlace Suites ReddingThe hotel was wonderful to my 14 year old large furball. The room was clean and liked the fact it had a kitchenette - worked out great for his food and water bowl.
