Clean, new hotel, easy access location

Clean, new hotel, lots of green space for pets outside
Element Houston KatyLots of green space for pets outdoors, including a big lake and walking paths. Hotel and room was well appointed and very clean. Stayed on the 3rd floor; there are 2 elevators and wide stairs. Pretty dog friendly.

Nice room, slightly dated
Drury Inn MobileNice room, slightly dated furniture. There is a pebble area outdoors for dog relief; there is green space to walk animals slightly towards the back and off the property. Breakfast and dinner were included with the room fare, along with gated parking.

Brand new, clean rooms with dog-friendly flooring
Best Western Plus San Antonio East Inn & SuitesNice, new rooms with no carpeting, perfect for a dog visitor. Very friendly front desk staff. Green patches towards the back of the hotel for dogs. In an area under construction, so keep your eyes out for the sign or else you'll zoom right by.

Easy check in, but mediocre room cleanliness
Comfort Inn & Suites Sarasota I75Easy checkin, but location does not seem to take COVID very seriously. Staff not wearing masks; no significant cleaning measures seem to be in place. Saw several bugs in the room and bathroom, although rooms did seem to be updated. Lots of green space for dogs outdoors; right off interstate.

Dog friendly, right off the highway
Best Western Seaway InnDog friendly, easy check in. Several areas to walk dog nearby. Clean, pretty updated rooms. Hotel is under an airport landing path, so there is some noise. All rooms are facing outwards (no indoor corridors); outdoor/open stairwells (doesn’t protect you from wet weather). Well lit walking areas; does back up to a semi truck rest area and railroad tracks, though.
Staff was friendly and very helpful.

Extended Stay America Suites Austin Downtown Town LakeGreat location near downtown Austin. $5 on site parking; clean rooms. Several dog friendly areas near exit doors. Rooms were slightly dated, but very clean. Staff helpful and attentive. Highly recommend.
