Great spot for me and the pups.
Nollie's Taco JointWe had a great experience here and the dogs had plenty of room to lay down. They didn’t have any water bowls so it isn’t really catered towards dogs but they were friendly as were all the guests.

Super Fun Walk! BEWARE OF TICKS
Lake Bemidji State ParkWe came here at around 5pm on a 90 degree day and walked around for a while. The Paul Bunyon trail was well shaded at that time and was a pretty nice route. Wish we could have stayed a little longer but it was just to warm. WARNING there are definitely ticks here, Azula had one in 5 minutes flat, so maybe don’t bring your dog if they aren’t up to date in a tick repellent or whatever you use.

Walkies!
Peets Hill/Burke Parkwe really enjoyed this, after a full day of driving a long walk was called for, we went out in the morning but the sun was warm and it was lovely. Lots of people, lots of dogs, some on leashes, some not. probably not the place for you if your dog is dog reactive.
