A very pleasant surprise

We weren’t expecting much from a motel in the heart of a bustling beach town, especially for the incredibly cheap rates. There is off-street parking available and the motel is steps from Dewey Beach which is incredibly dog friendly. Abner, our golden doodle, loved the experience, aside from the noise of other guests coming in throughout the night and the noise of the busy town, but you’ll have that anywhere. The rooms are updated and very clean with a fridge, microwave and TV in each. There also are dozens of places within a short walk to eat, drink, shop, and you can just jump back on the beach from most side streets and get back to the motel quickly and leash free. This is a great little place for a cheap weekend getaway to the beach with your pup.
