Nice location

We stayed there with our doggie for 4 days and 3 nights. The pictures on their website are a bit deceiving as the pet rooms don't seem as nice. Dresser drawers were hard to open and close, couch was uncomfortable, it did not feel 650 square feet and there were bugs in the bed! I had two bites on me. We told the front desk about the bugs and they waived the resort fee, which was appreciated. The guest services manager called to apologize and waived the pet fee as well. I very much appreciate their response and to help rectify our experience with them.Staff was nice and it was convenient to come right out for your dog through the sliding glass door.
