Chalet was wonderful

Such a nice location with amazing trails up the mountain right from the resort. Definitely worth the extra to stay in the chalet :)

Old, dirty, no stairs

The room did not appear to be cleaned, was on the fourth floor, and there didn't seem to be any stairs so we had to take a tiny elevator every time we needed to go outside.

The room was so dirty, I should have called immediately and complained, but instead, I just put a blanket on the bed and slept on top of it. The staff were very apologetic and gave me 50% off.

Even still, for the price, I found this place to be very run down and several steps below a Super 8-style hotel. I would not recommend this one

Clean and comfy

We were put on the ground floor without even asking which is always the first clue the staff know how to handle guests with dogs.
The room was clean and the beds were comfy. A small breakfast was provided which was nice.

Very friendly staff and clean rooms

We were given free dog treats, got a ground-level room, and everything was very clean. Best value for our money.
