Great location but lacking amenities

This hotel is in a fun part of town, walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the River path. However, when spending 170/night I expected a few amenities that are included in hotels for ~120/night (free* coffee in the lobby, an air conditioning unit that cools the room, laundry bag, breakfast, etc.)

Nice spot to bring a dog with the River path and lots of grass around, but at this price I would have gone somewhere else if I had known they wouldn’t even have free coffee available. They did however, have a barista there to charge you for coffees and they were quick to recommend breakfast places around town...no partner deals with them though.

I will say, thefront desk was very friendly and welcoming to my dog which was appreciated. And it felt like a safe spot in town.
