Ants in the bed
Holiday Inn Express & Suites Des Moines Downtown an IHG HotelAnts all over the place, dead ones in the bathroom. Woke up with them in my bed in the morning. The walls are absolutely paper thin and didn’t get any sleep because the next room over was running up and down the halls and throwing a party in their room. The front desk staff was very nice so I feel bad about even leaving this review but I would never stay here again.

Great location
Candlewood Suites Indianapolis Northwest an IHG HotelThe friendliest staff! Moose felt right at home. They gave us a sticker to put on the door that a dog was in the room which I appreciate. Booking through rover did not alert the hotel that I had a dog with me or charge me the fee so o had to pay that when I arrived but the concierge was super friendly about it! I would definitely stay here again!
