Arrived exhausted with our dog after 12 hours of driving. Showed my email confirmation, they told me I had no reservation, and that they were full that night. I had booked a good month earlier, and told them that. She continued to tell me it was a third party app (BringFido) and it must be the third parties fault. After panicking in the parking lot for a good 40 minutes trying to find another place to stay, the front desk called me and told me to come back in and gave us room keys. Offered absolutely no explanation at all. No apologies. No nothing. We still have no idea what happened. Weirdest and most annoying hotel experience I’ve ever had. Find somewhere else.
