Awful carpet
Comfort Inn Columbia - Bush RiverThe carpet in our room was nasty, wet and sticky. The bathroom door was falling off of its hinges. The tub appeared to have mold in it. The bed and pillows were great and there was hot water available.

I recommend this stay for those with pets.
Days Inn by Wyndham WalterboroPerfectly adequate, clean and friendly. We were glad to have hot water. The last two La Quintas we stayed at had no hot water. Lots of nearby restaurants and they offered a continental.

Not all La Quinta’s are the same
La Quinta by Wyndham Harrisburg Airport HersheyThis La Quinta doesn’t meet the quality that we had become accustomed with. We did not feel comfortable with parking our car for the night. The few cars that stayed for the night all huddled near the front door for some sense of security. There was no hot water in the room for a shower in the morning. The hotel is old but shouldn’t be an excuse for being so dirty, especially the carpets in public walkways. There was a strong smell of fresh marijuana in the lobby, not that there’s anything wrong with that. There are restaurants and a gas station across the street.
