Beautiful view, nice people, really filthy rooms
Makai Beach LodgeI loved the view of the ocean from the dog walk here. But the rooms, I have to say, were so horribly filthy, moldy, and sticky that I had to lay the dog blanket on the bed to make sure I could sleep on it.

Okay hotel with nice manager
Greystone MotelThe hotel itself is in desperate need of a deep-clean and a renovation in the rooms (exposed wood, cobwebs in the shower, mildew smell), but the manager is very nice and loves animals, and made our stay wonderful.

Great, clean hotel
Motel 6 Madison WI-EastNot only was the hotel super clean, but the women at the front desk are wonderful. They went out of their way to get ice when the machine broke so that I could keep my dog's insulin cold. Each of my dogs got a little baggie of treats when we checked in, and ample pets when we walked down the hall. A great value and a great stay.

Great clean spot
Motel 6 Lincoln NEI was very impressed with the cleanliness at this Motel 6, as well as the pet-friendly green space outside. It was by far the Rolls-Royce of Motel 6 I've stayed in.

DO NOT STAY HERE!
Santa Fe Inn PuebloI had a week-long reservation for a first-floor room because my dogs can't do steps (I made the request in writing and BringFido had called the desk a week earlier to confirm this room). Upon arrival I was told "there aren't any." The man at the desk was beyond rude and basically told me he had nothing and I should leave. He refused to offer a refund. I told him I placed the request in writing and he said "we don't look at requests." I had to leave town and find a motel in another city. BringFido was fantastic; they intervened and had a record of the call, whom they spoke with, and when it happened. Despite the man's lies at the desk and refusal at first to refund BringFido, I was given a full refund thanks to this service. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a motel. Also, it's filthy and sketchy. Stay anywhere else but there.

Unresponsive staff
Motel 6 Denver CO - AirportThe motel itself was fine, but the air conditioning in my room was broken and after an hour of trying to fix it, it was still broken. I was told the only other room available was on the second floor and could not move because my pets have mobility issues. The manager was supposed to phone to partially refund my stay because it was 80 degrees in my room the whole time, but never called to do so. Also had to wait an hour after check-in time to get a room.

A good stay, good staff, and a motel where everyone loves dogs
Motel 6 Colorado Springs COEveryone at this motel went out of their way to be kind to me and my dogs. The woman who checked me in was so nice and accomodating, as were the women who cleaned my room.

Worst place ever to bring pets

Not a great place for pets
Motel 6 Farmington NMI know with the pandemic it's hard to offer support to each room in a motel. But this was the worst room I may have had anywhere. Broken glass everywhere--in and out of the room and in the shower, even. And the door wouldn''t shut unless I pounded my whole side into it.

Good price but not good experience
Statue Road InnThe room I was given was near the lobby and I could hear every phone ring, discussion between staff, etc, all day and night. The room was so small it didn't have a place to store my clothes or a refrigerator for my dog's insulin.
