Convenient but meh

The gentleman working the front desk when we checked in was very kind and helpful. The rooms are OK, not anything special. They're old, outdated, the beds aren't really comfortable, and the sheets feel like a step up from fine grain sandpaper. The breakfast was scarce, no apple juice, crap coffee, and the waffles tasted off with a weird after taste. Service was great though and staff was friendly. This is our third stay here and we'll come back bc of the price and the no big dog fee, but other than that.. it's kinda lacking.
