One of the few dog-friendly hotels in the area

Room was adequate for a quick 2 night stay. It was clean enough but smelled like dogs. There was some grassy area for potty use. Probably wouldn’t stay there again if I had another choice.

Clean Mom and Pop Motel

Colonial Inn

Great location right on the ocean and next to Nags Head Pier! Although it is an older motel it has updates and was very clean. Very friendly staff. Well behaved dogs can be left in rooms while you are out. Leashed dogs are allowed on the beach.

Costas Restaurant

The food was awesome. We had the Greek Combo plate and the Spanikopita. The waitress was friendly and the food was very authentic. Our Parsons Terrier and Chihuahua loved the gyro meat. If you are ever in Tarpon Springs it's a must.
