Not expecting us or very welcoming.

We had to change rooms after discovering we were not on the dog friendly floor. Dog beds and bowls delivered only after asking. Delivery person was great! Only information given upon check in was the additional charge and procedure for parking, check out time, and location of the elevators. Any information about hotel services (restaurant, dog walk area, etc), we had to figure out ourselves.
