Misleading grassy area

The hotel was a beautiful and indeed does allow pets. What irked me is there was no area for the pooch to relieve herself. We called the front desk and they said she could go on the small patches if dirt around the building. Two areas measuring about 2'x2'. The small green grassy area across the street could only mean the grass at the apartment complex or the underpass with homeless folks roaming. Not impressed with that part. If your dog needs an area to go, this is not the place.. The front desk also lied about having microwaves and putting me on a nonexistent waitlist. .. thats another story
