Not so fresh or so clean

Buyer beware. Not all items are made from scratch as suggested. Multiple items come in premade and/or frozen. Items are not made fresh daily as stated. Some are kept Sun-Sun, some longer, so you pay top dollar for week old pastries, even older cookies.
Nothing is dated when opened or labeled with a BB date. Gloves are not changed/hands not washed in between POS and back to food preparation which is highly alarming as filthy as cash/cards are not to mention during a National Pandemic.
