Nice Patio Room
The Ridge HotelRoom was clean and patio makes a difference for midnight potty breaks. However, the pathway is dark in some spots and the designated dog area is not conveniently located or accessible. It is also not lit at night and that was a disappointment.

Clean
La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Chattanooga - East RidgeRoom was very clean. Dog area was darkly lit.

Noisy with limited grassy area
Residence Inn Pittsburgh North ShoreThis was our first stay in North Shore and first time taking our 10 yr old Wheaton Terrier to a hotel. We thought it would be quieter with no baseball or football games. WRONG!The room is not soundproof facing street-cars were drag racing til at least midnight and a backfire scared the jeebers out of the dog. Our 2nd floor room was “far from elevator “ to limit noise, but the closest stairs were not lobby floor accessible which meant walking all the way down hallway to opposite stairs to access outside. Very, very limited bathroom areas for dogs-mulched gardens and turf around fountain on side. However, 2 blocks walk across street is the riverfront and lovely walking paths with lots of grass!
