Excellent Service and Location

I’m an avid lover of St Augustine. I visit several time a year. We decided to bring our Boykin Spaniel child on this trip. After reading reviews here we booked at Southern Oaks. They exceeded our expectations. The check in process was well organized. They messaged on our way to confirm our stay and text again after check in to make sure our room was suitable. The room was VERY clean and comfortable (much cleaner than some non-pet friendly places that I have stayed. The shuttle service was excellent and pet friendly as well. The exterior of the hotel was charming and they have a fenced dog park which was also nice. There was a dog bed and food and water bowls in our room. Definitely a great choice if your looking for a stay in the greatest old city in the USA.
