Call ahead to see if staff has returned!

Great location... nice area out in front of hotel for ‘Fido’ but ....apparently the staff hasn’t returned so service is below par at what I would expect from a Sheraton. In a double room you would expect 4 sets of towel,right? There were only 3 and they were so put out when I requested a 4th set. No bell service and only 2 carts available for that HUGE property. Carrying a crate and ALLLLLL of our stuff was a huge setback when we arrived. BE AWARE at nighttime it was a little scary to potty Fido. Dark, next to a busy road etc. This is the first time we’ve travelled with a pet so I’m now aware what to expect. Just be cautious if traveling alone.
