Average hotel

The facility was dog tolerable. I wouldn't describe them as dog-friendly. There was no place identified for pet relief, and it was surrounded by black top making it hard to find a place for the dog should the weather be warmer. Because of COVID we were unable to order room service, but needed to order from the restaurant and then go pick it up. There were items omitted from our order, and miscommunication caused parts to not be cooked. So I had to go back to pick up the remaining items 30 minutes later. Further, because of "COVID" we were unable to charge our meal to our room, despite being told it was allowable by the front desk. Causing me to again have to go back to the room to get a credit card. Other than these items, the room was a basic hotel room. Bed was average and lighting and wi-fi were acceptable.
