Great hotel with caring staff

Very clean and perfect location for getting everywhere in Tacoma for sight seeing. The hotel employees also really seem to care. My dog had a seizure and had an accident during the seizure and Kristen and the others at the front desk were more concerned about her health than the blankets that needs to be replaced. Thank you so much for being amazing and caring!

To add to my initial review and to reply to the other person here reviewing, you cannot take bones away because of the homeless population in Tacoma. Clearly you've never been here, the entire city has a housing crisis you will not go to a single hotel here that is not surrounded by the unhoused. Check your privilege.

pet friendly but you won't sleep

I have been here twice. Gave them a second chance and it only got worse. There was someone working on a loud diesel vehicle until 3 am and stomping upstairs and homeless people sleeping under the trees in the parking lot (which is sad, yes, but also made us feel very unsafe).

Nice rooms and very pet friendly

We were on one of the dog floors so lots of dog barks but that was okay with us! Very clean and very nice employees. Parking was ample and the location was convenient to Tacoma or Seattle!
