Easy and pleasant
Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Salt Lake City-Airport West an IHG HotelThe staff how to make it very smooth and easy process. They were professional and efficient and the room was very clean and quiet In a wonderful area outside with grass for our dog to play ball before we got back in the car.

Not good
Motel 6 Ogden UT - 21st StreetAlthough the staff was nice and room itself clean, the outer area was VERY sketchy and I did not feel safe even with my big dog.
