Review

I was very disappointed with this hotel. Upon checking in I arrived with my 3 dogs and 2 small children while my husband parked the car. Unfortunately my older dog who gets stressed easily had an accident in the lobby. With no one to help with kids or dogs I tried to clean up but he got off the leash. Several staff at reception not one tried to help just looked with disgust. Luckily my husband walked in and sorted out the mess while I got kids and dogs to the room. He was then told off like a child by the staff and told that next time we’d be asked to leave. Awful customer service, no understanding of pet friendly. Just because they allow pets doesn’t mean pet friendly in my book. I was so upset my husband left with the dogs to stay somewhere else (couldn’t all leave) and our entire weekend was ruined. I would never stay there again with or without dogs
