Friendly staff, shady location, questionable guests

The staff were friendly, but the location is in a sketchy area. The room had some weird stains on the lamp shade and ceiling. Curtains were torn. There were random people hanging out in the parking lot. I’m pretty sure they weren’t guests. The dog relief area is a small patch of grass at the back of the hotel with a bunch of old dried poop all over. I probably wouldn’t stay here again.
