A terrific getaway place with your pet
Kimpton Brice Hotel an IHG HotelThe hotel is located in the heart of the historic district. It is without exception the most pet and people friendly venues I’ve had the fortune to experience. The staff is tops. And this comes out of a stay in which it rained most of the time, had strong wind gusts and was cold. A great city and hotel.

Welcoming spot
Staybridge Suites Tampa East - Brandon an IHG HotelThe location and staff are five bones. Minor toilet flap issues but nothing serious. But the pleasant staff members stole the show.

Great rooms, hotel and personnel
Homewood Suites by Hilton Durham-Chapel Hill / I-40Everyone, even the guests were great. The room was very clean and well laid out. Location in proximity to Duke, to restaurants, office service sites, etc were nearby. A great stay.

Location is not to be beat
La Quinta by Wyndham Tampa Brandon Regency ParkMaybe current economic conditions require limited staffing and maintenance but this is the second La Quinta stay that featured a great location with a decent room and pleasant staff, but lots of maintenance neglect like drains that didn’t drain, light bulbs that didn’t work, and little support to be seen. We still like them but travel with replacement batteries for televisions and know we may need to avoid using the bath sink and use the bathtub water.

La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Tampa Bay Pinellas Park ClearwaterThe facility is tired, dirty, noisy, the electrical such as lights and plugs do not always work and the plumbing leaks.
