Never again
La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham BillingsThe hotel and grounds are beautiful but I found the manager dismissive and rude and not at all pet friendly. We’ll never stay here again. Can’t wait to get out of here in the morning. Ruined our view of Billings.
Further, their so called pet policy is about as unfriendly as it can be. The manager bombarded my husband with all the things you weren’t allowed to do if you brought your pet. This included not ever leaving the pet alone in the room even crated. Someone else complained about this online and LQ’s response was that this policy was good because not as many people could use the pool since they couldn’t leave their dog alone and that “caging” your pet was cruel and caused them to bark. Where in the world do people get these ideas? My dog loves his crate. It is his safe place and he knows if we put him in his crate we will be back. Obviously the folks who wrote the pet policy for this LQ don’t have and don’t like pets, and hired a manager who conforms to these ridiculous rules. I am considering never staying at a La Quinta again. I love BringFido, but this hotel didn’t work for us.
So sad about this LQ because it is very pretty and clean and lots of places to take a walk.

No bones
Cody Holiday LodgeWe checked in and then checked out. Bees were all around the car. The room was small, dark and not clean feeling. The television must have been 40 years old. It was a huge hassle to get our money back. Awful experience.
The only reason I gave it one bone was because BringFido required I give it a rating and zero wasn’t an option.

Five bones
La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham St Paul-WoodburyBeautiful place, lots of grassy areas for walking the dog, and it was very clean. Found a great wine bar/grill across the street. Conveniently located and the staff was very nice.

Great place to stay
La Quinta by Wyndham GilletteWe’ve stayed at a lot of La Quinta hotels and think this one was great. Nice grounds for walking the dog. It was clean and a lovely place to stay.
