Can hear everything in parking lot

Was woken up at 4am by people talking in the parking lot, it was like they were in the room with me. No coffee in the room or in the lobby. Dog walking area is a small strip of grass 6 ft by 20 ft maybe. Homeless guy sitting next to the front door all day and night. Rooms seemed clean though and they accepted dogs no problem (with $50 deposit). We won't be staying here again though.
