Good dog park.
Canine Commons Dog ParkWe were on a long road trip with a stop overnight in Binghamton so we visited the dog park both in the evening and the next morning. It is big with plenty of trash cans for poop bags. There are a lot of people who clearly go there regularly and know each other and their dogs know each other. Consequently, when I thought a dog was getting a little aggressive, the owners didn't seem to notice. Otherwise, clean and large and my 65 pound, one year old lab burned off a LOT of energy there.

Microtel Inn & Suites By Wyndham BinghamtonI arrived late in the afternoon with my 65 pound, one year old black lab just for one night on our way from Baltimore to the Adirondacks. The front desk person was extremely friendly when I checked in and helpful in telling me the best place to park. We were at the end of the hallway on the first floor right next to an exterior door so very convenient. The room was clean, a/c worked great, and the bed was comfortable. The shower had good water pressure and there were plenty of towels. There was a great dog park about 5 minutes away that we went to both the day we got there and early the next morning before we hit the road. Breakfast was grab and go with pretty good coffee.
