Superior stay
Best Western Plus a Wayfarer's Inn and SuitesRoom was clean, updated and very quiet. Convenient (small) dog exercise area. Friendly staff. Generous breakfast. We’ll be back!

Barely adequate
Days Inn by Wyndham ClintonHotel was old and shabby. Room was filled with mismatched and stained furniture. Walls had been patched but not painted. TV didn’t work. I think pet owners get the dregs of the rooms. Had breakfast in the adjacent restaurant and it was good.

Best Western Clearlake PlazaRoom was clean. Amy (registration) was probably one of the friendliest people I’ve ever met.

Quality Inn Jacksonville Near I-72Nothing spectacular. Slightly dated but clean. Plenty of space to walk Ruby.

La Quinta by Wyndham Wichita NortheastRoom was large, clean and convenient to the exit. Plenty of dog-walking space.
