Polite Staff
Comfort Inn & Suites Crystal Inn SportsplexThe staff was polite and accommodating. The beds were comfortable. There were plenty of grassy areas for our service dog to relieve herself. Constructive criticism: replace curtains and light fixtures in the rooms due to stains and wear & tear. Landscape the grounds to make the area more welcoming and pick up trash on grass and in parking lot. Litter and weeds just give the appearance of a dirty hotel even though the hotel is clean.

Friendly and Comfortable
La Quinta Inn and SuitesGreat staff! Comfortable bed! Suggestion- Handicap room needs to be wider so that a scooter or wheelchair can make it to the side of the bed and easily turn around.

Great Staff!
Red Roof Inn & Suites Pensacola East MiltonThe staff was super friendly and helpful. There weren’t many large, grassy areas for dogs to relieve themselves. The room was clean, but the bathroom baseboards were dirty and dusty. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well. Grounds suggestion- clean up cigarette butts that are littered on the grass, sidewalks, and parking lot. Handicap suggestion- put in some automatic handicap doors. The front lobby doors are especially a nightmare to get through independently with a scooter or wheelchair.
