Great Location, Clean, Beautiful Views!

The guest house at Kicken Aspen Ranch was the perfect vacation rental for our family of 4 plus one pup. We enjoyed making smores in the foremost, looking out the windows to multiple beautiful views of Pikes Peak, and cooking in the excellently stocked kitchen. My husband was able to use the extra living space for his office and I was able.to enjoy watching the kids (7 and 9) explore the aspen and pine forest behind the property. The kids also enjoyed feeding their "neighbors" the cows treats the owner left out for them. Everything was clean and functional. The location was absolutely perfect for us to easily explore Pikes Peak, garden of the gods, florissant fossils beds, and manitou springs. We didn't want to leave, and would definitely book here again!
