Rude

Somehow our reservation was off a day and that made us a day late -- so we missed our first night which cancelled our second night both of which were paid over a month in advance. The least they could have done was call our contact number to see if we were on our way. They had no more pet rooms but gave us a room for ONE night. We were up over half the night with a barking, howling dog either next door or across the hall we were clearly in a pet room which they told us they didn't have any left and gave us a nice queen room (we booked the deluxe king). The entire experience was awful. If our son didn't live close, we would not have had anywhere to go for our second night but our car!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The lady said it was our responsibility and we missed our first night which cancelled our entire reservation - not even a sorry!!!! Will never pay in advance again.
