An expensive dump

I don’t like giving bad reviews but people need to be warned away from Bayside. I rented the king suite which is a decent size room but filthy. The floor was gritty with sand. The window overlooking the canal (not a bay) was dirty. The high top table was sticky. But the gross part was walking into the bathroom to see the toilet plunger and the toilet bowl brush sitting right there on the floor below the towel bar and yes there were towels on it. The bathroom floor was filthy with other people’s filth and hair. And I paid more than $200 per night plus $50 per night for my dog at this place! And they charge extra to use their grill, leave dishes in the sink, and other nickel and dime stuff.
