Front Desk Attendant was awesome!
La Quinta by Wyndham ButteGood for a one night stop. The room was a little cramped, but not a problem since our time there was short. I sure wish dog owners would clean up after their dogs though.
We can count on La Quinta
La Quinta by Wyndham Boise AirportGood location for an overnight stay. We can always count on La Quintas to be consistent. I just wish we could count on other dog owners to clean up after their dogs use the lawn.
Definitely YES
Holiday Inn Express & Suites Dodge City an IHG HotelIf you want friendly customer service, an updated hotel, cleanliness, a comfortable king sized bed & large fluffy pillows, a shower with great water pressure, a tasty breakfast with good choices. We had a great stay! My only complaint is about dog owners that don’t clean up after their pets! C’mon, it’s easy to carry a bag with you or tie one to the leash. It only takes a few seconds to clean up after you pet and keep it nice for everyone. Thanks!
Eh
Ramada by Wyndham FriscoFor a one night stay, it was OK. Clean sheets & towels. Room was clean (albeit, our dogs were sniffing the carpet … a lot). The front desk clerk on duty when we arrived was nice, not overly friendly but nice. The clerk working the desk in the morning when we went down for breakfast was sitting in the dark - didn’t reply to my “hello” & the lights were dimmed quite low in the lobby which was also the breakfast area… weird. The room was small, the walls are thin (we could hear the guy coughing in the room next to us) the small grassy area is next to a busy road bend with no fencing which made me nervous. They do have a pet station with bags, a trash can and a sign reminding guests to clean up after their pet- which still didn’t work. Yuck! It appears that they may be starting renovations because the bathroom was “Mountain Retreat’ish” nice. The rest of the room is pretty dated. The mattress had a good sized indent/sway - but we were exhausted so we dealt with it. The price was good, and it was ok for a one night stop, but if passing through again we’d find something in Silverthorne.
10 Days on the Road, 1 of the BEST!
La Quinta by Wyndham Fort SmithThe pictures shown are no longer applicable. The hotel has done a renovation and the rooms are great. Very friendly welcome and great customer service at check in/out. Clean rooms (not carpet) we had a comfortable bed and fluffy towels. There is a laundry room on site if you need it. There are many restaurants close by and a pet store basically right next-door. Breakfast was the normal hotel fare, it was good and the area was clean. We would stay here again. (** and just one more plea, to please clean up after your dogs!)
For A Quick Overnight it Was Alright
La Quinta by Wyndham Birmingham HooverPros: Both the night and morning staff were very friendly! Looks as though they are in process of making updates (a new couch was still covered in delivery paper) Nice sitting area by the pool with a gazebo, laminate flooring in the rooms rather than carpet. We felt safe taking our dogs out after dark. The room was clean & tidy. Cons: The beds (we had a room with 2 doubles) need the mattresses replaced- both had large indents/sways. Bathroom had strong old urine smell. Overall good stay for us and our 2 pups. Everyone, please clean up after your dogs!
5 Days - 5 Bones
Residence Inn by Marriott Fayetteville Cross CreekOur stay was great! Check in/out was fast & friendly (we arrived 1 day ahead of schedule and checked out 2 days early) - we were put on the 4th floor and initially I was nervous about having to take two dogs on an elevator to go out every few hours, but they put us close to the side door stairs which was perfect! Our room was quiet and comfortable and it was nice having a full breakfast each morning. (The first morning the weather was so nice that we sat out on the patio in the sun with the pups while we ate). I would definitely recommend AND stay here again.
Convenient
Best Western Plus Sidney LodgeWe stayed with our 2 Doodles overnight when passing through. Friendly reception, early breakfast so we were able to get back on the road, pet rooms convenient to exit on first floor. Room decor is dated but no complaints for one night.
Great Service & Friendly Employee’s!
RunzaI waited outside with our 2 pups while my husband went inside to order … once the (great) employee who helped my husband realized we had our dogs made a point to gone outside with a handful of dog treats and let us know that he could make us “pup cups” if we wanted them!
