Clean & wonderful service
First Choice Inns at the SwellHighly recommend to anyone traveling through. The hotel is VERY clean and smells good, the room was pristine and terrific customer service!!

Absolutely horrible experience
Hoover Dam LodgeThis is singlehandedly the worst hotel I have ever walked into. The entire hotel smells like cigarettes and cheap air fresheners. Our pet friendly room smelled like urine and cigarettes. A man was chain smoking in the lobby when I checked in. The faucets in the room were growing some sort of terrifying substance and the bath was filthy. There were stains all over the chairs. I felt disgusting even standing in the room. My husband and I sprinted out immediately. The photos are a bait and switch - the room was dark and dingy. This was truly the WORST hotel experience of my life and I was only in the building for 15 mins before finding a different place to stay. Wow. Just wow.
