AMAZING SERVICE

We were unexpectedly stranded right outside of Charlotte airport and we had to book a pet-friendly hotel last minute. The management assured us about their cleaning efforts, breakfast was served with a smile and followed all CDC guidelines. They were so accommodating to our situation and allowed us an extended check out time. They were very dog friendly and the rooms were really comfortable and clean. Great one night stay!
