Unsafe for your kids - large aggressive unleashed dogs. No social distance.

Seven Seas Park

Our friend's child was frightened by a man walking a couple of white aggreesive white bulldogs. The man ignored a passer by who asked him to remove his dogs. He continued talking on a cell phone. This is only one of many agressive dog events that occur due to irresponsible owners who unleash their dogs in the public area. There are large group gatherings of unmasked people standing together 2-3 feet apart. Often playing frisbee or in meetups of dog owners with dogs off leash, and move onto the concrete area (i.e you can't avoid them coming into contact with you because they don't control their pets, frisbees or observe social distancing). There seem to be a few large young groups with multiple dogs off leash at once on the green area where dogs must be leashed and should be for safety - please see the signs - you are violating the law and I doubt you want to be responsibile for your dog biting a child or infant. Hopefully the police and animal control will direct these dog owners to keep their pets leashed at all times, since there IS a dog run area that it fenced where their pets can run freely without endangering children who also run freely in the area. This park has become overly crowded, and while most pet owners are respectful of others, many are not. We live on the park border, and there are irresponsible people who do not keep their dogs away from kids: bulldogs in pairs, australian shepherds, pit bulls and more agrressive dogs - some of their owners are least cautious or respectful. If you do visit, please keep a watch that your child is safe, and if you are a pet owner, please keep your pets on a leash at all times unless in the area reserved for them to run freely. We do not recommend this place anymore because it is unsafe. It is also your choice whether you wear a mask or not. It's not just that someone does not see the signs, but the "I can do what I want" attitude while endangering others health and welfare is scary. Do you really want to expose your kids to this as well. The owners who let their dogs run freely do not pay attention to when their dogs wander onto the children's playground area. Do you really want to get hit by a frisbee when a group of ten or more is playing close contact sport with COVID still a concern?
