Rude, Bad Service

Place is terrible! NOT RECOMMENDED. Never dealt with a groomer like this. We've been sending our dog to the groomers every 2-3 months for 7 years. Every time we take him here, HIS NAILS ARE BLEEDING BAD because they cut waay too short and he comes back limping, yes limping!! This time, they called, said he had some matting spots by his lower chest area and asked to shave it, we said ok...? They send him back completely shaved to his skin and yep bleeding nails cut back into the vain and limping again! Seriously!? We love our dog, he's a Newfie with a thick double coat, he does take more work for groomers. From other bad reviews it seems they do this whenever they get a dog with a thick coat and blame it on matting. Call the manager to let him know, he actually had the nerve to get rude, not listen and lie "well he must of been severely matted", TOTAL BS. Manager needs to take a class on customer service and obvious problem solving. Horrible customer service. We send our dog to the most expensive vet in town every 6 month, full physical, gets a furminator, well taken care of, great bill of health every visit! Truth is they're lazy, got busy and didn't want to deal with his double coat, so they shaved him to his skin, nails cut back to the vain, beading and limping again! $200! This place should be shut down
