Needs work

Very unsatisfactory stay. Background: we’re well into our 70s and the temperature in San Angelo was 114. Although I requested a ground floor room, we were sent to a room on the second floor. There is no elevator, no carts to help with luggage, and no bell service. We carried our stuff to the room only to find it occupied. Back to the office and repeated the process with a second story room in another building.

That room was nicely furnished and equipped, but not well cleaned or maintained. The shower riser valve was inoperable, as was the protected socket in the bathroom which wouldn’t reset, which meant we could not use the dryer or coffeemaker. The bathroom floor was not clean, there were dozens of dead bugs on the windowsill, and the sink was missing a drain.

Very good operation!

Well thought-out business. Rooms utilitarian but clean. Very pet friendly and knowledgeable.
