NOT AS ADVERTISED ...

We paid extra for a room "with a terrace," so Mac could wander outside. The "terrace" was less than a foot deep, and the windows didn't even open wide enough to allow access! The front desk did nothing to acknowledge our dog .... except to charge me an additional $100 + tax as a "pet fee." We won't be staying at this hotel again.
