No Size Limit - King Beds Available
Americas Best Value Inn Birch RunI had just called to confirm their pet policy, and they said there's no size limit to the pets. They also don't charge any additional fees for having a pet. When I booked the room, they asked about the bed size, and I asked if they had King size beds available, because the website only listed Queen beds. They said they did, that there was a King bed suite, and it is pet friendly, but it was on the 2nd floor, and they don't have an elevator. That wasn't a problem for me, so we booked it. I imagine a suite would be better for my 2 Alaskan Malamutes anyways.

Not Big Dog Friendly
Drury Inn & Suites FrankenmuthYears ago, I stayed at the Drury Inn with my 130lbs Alaskan Malamute, and it was a very pleasurable experience. I now have 2 Alaskan Malamutes, 150lbs and 130lbs, and I called to make another reservation. But they said due to some unfortunate instances, they've had to change their pet policy, and now the combined weight of the dogs can't be over 80lbs. It's a shame, because we loved it there. So be cautious.

Not Big Dog Friendly
Frankenmuth MotelI called on 9/24/18 to make a reservation, and I asked about their dog policy. I have 2 Alaskan Malamutes, 150lbs & 130lbs. They said the combined weight of the dogs can't be over 25lbs. So be cautious.
