Best Western Plus Mentor Cleveland NortheastThe room wasn't too bad. There was a trash can in the exit area that stunk. It had obviously not been checked in several days. Refrigerator didn't work.

Pretty Ruff!
Quality Inn & Suites Eldridge Davenport NorthThe room wasn't too bad. Except we asked for a queen with a pullout bed. There were no sheets for the pull out bed, the hotel doesn't have any that fit. So, we made do with a non fitting sheet. Then the mattress wouldn't stay on the frame. We had to slide our handy Coleman cooler under the bed for support do our kid could sleep. The the neighbor next door had their tv on ALL NIGHT; I called twice and nothing was done until I pounded on the wall at 5:00am to demand they turn off the tv. So needless to say I wasn't happy to wake up, again, at 7:30am by the sound of a lawnmower outside our window. Just a bad place if you are not a very heavy sleeper.

A dog gone shame!
Thompson Chicago Part of HyattWe used to love staying at the Thompson because they love dogs. I know it’s post Covid, however we were giving a room with two tiny beds, for 3 people. It was wheelchair accessible room, so the beds were shorter. We also arrived and there was no parking avail, leaving us to fend for ourselves. They should warn people there is no parking! Also, not the hotel's fault, but The Gold Coast is very dog unfriendly. There’s no place for them to relieve themselves because the snooty people but that is around their trees. So that dogs won’t go on their yard. There’s literally no place to walk them.
