Warning pet fee!

BringFido said no pet fee. We checked in and were told it was $15.00 per pet per night. We have 2 pets so they wanted to charge us $30. They kept insisting we pay the fee. We showed the front desk clerk the BringFido app picture saying no fee. The clerk took a screen shot and texted it to the manager who finally waived the fee. This was our first and likely last time using this app. Very frustrated.
