Nice room, but no breakfast
Candlewood Suites Tyler an IHG HotelFriendly, helpful staff. unique borrowing locker for kitchen appliances. Nicely equipped room. Kind of surprised there was no breakfast offered at all. When we asked about it, we were told a bit tersely that they felt since they offered complete kitchens, they didn’t think offering breakfast was necessary. Strange point of view, since virtually all the suite chain hotels offer breakfast. Be aware, if you stay here for only one or two nights, you will need to shop for breakfast to cook.

Horrible!
Days Inn by Wyndham Amarillo - Medical CenterDesk agent was surly, unhelpful, and slow as molasses. We were kind with her, but she was unprofessional. There were several people waiting in the lobby for her to do various things. She ignored them completely. High pet fee. The room smelled unbelievable. It was supposedly a non-smoking room, but someone had clearly smoked in it very recently. No end table on one side of the bed, although the damage on the wall showed that there USED to be one. Thinnest towels in the business! My advice: avoid this place!

Pool and business center closed for renovations
Wingate by Wyndham Youngstown - AustintownAnd they had no idea we had pets with us. Clearly a BringFido problem. Same thing at every hotel so far. Should have just booked directly.
