Anywhere else!

I took a stool sample in on a 6/4. I called 6/10, my dog still has diarrhea, and they said he was clear, no parasites. I asked when they got the results they said Saturday, 6/5.
I received a second call telling me that the sample was sent out Monday and it would take a week to get results. I was told if he was sick I should have made an appointment. Diarrhea is sick.

The other complaint I have about corporate VCA's is... I drove 45 minutes for a well check for my other dog so I could be sure to get her prescribed medication. I waited on ONE HALF HOUR before being told that everyone was in a meeting and would I like to wait!

My dog died 6/6, today they told me to pick up the remains at the crematory.
