Extremely Rude

The vet here is a good one, but the gentleman at the front desk is awful. I couldn't believe what he was saying to us, phrases like "As I explained to your wife MULTIPLE times". Look man, our old dog is in severe pain that will clear up in a few days once his hips settle down, I am not bringing him in today to make it worse even if you haven't seen him this past year during COVID. Seems like someone working at a vet would care about the animals a little more.
